Can I choose my own color for the Potato Pal T-Shirt?
You can choose your own shirt color when you design your own Potato Pal and send in your own special slogan. (Please see the next question.)

Can I make up my own saying for the Potato Pal T-Shirt?
Yes, this is an option when you create your own Potato Pal. Go to the Potato Patch Store and click on "Create Your Own Pal." Pick your shirt color and pick the facial expression you want from the available Potato Pal faces. Choose "Custom Slogan" and then place your order. Then come back to our Contact Page and send us an e-mail with the exact slogan that you would like printed on the shirt. There is a $3.00 charge for individual customized Potato Pal Orders. We withhold the right to refuse to print any slogan which might not be within the spirit of the Potato Pals dolls.

What is your Shipping Policy?
We will ship via UPS within five business days of the receipt of the order, provided that the requested doll is in stock. If not in stock, the buyer will be notified and given the option of choosing another doll or waiting for the first available date.

What is your Return or Refund Policy?
If you choose to return a Potato Pal within the first 30 days of receipt, we will refund the full paid price of the doll and the cost of return shipping. We cannot extend this offer, however, on dolls with custom slogans.
